A warm good morning to one and all presented here. Today I am going to present a power point
presentation in front of you all. The topic of the presentation is sustainable marketing. For this
presentation I chose Di bella coffee which is an Australian coffee brand serving its customers
internationally. I want the attention of all of you towards my presentation in which I put my best
efforts. So here it is :

I am going to start the PPT with the introduction of the file that is based on the concept of
marketing which is used worldwide by every scaled business enterprises whether small or large.
As it is known, marketing allowed companies to promote their product or services, it is evolved
as an important element for each and every business organization. It involves customer seeking,
advertising, sales promoting and other activities of marketing. Then the promotion of
environment and socially valuable products take place for the wellness of resources and
environment. It is termed as sustainable marketing. . Di Bella Coffee is the chosen organization
for this report. It is one of the largest coffee supplier of Australia and provided its services
worldwide. . It aims at improving the quality of life by promoting finished goods, services and
thoughts which are environmental friendly. It will help in increase customer base of any
company as now the demand for sustainability is increasing as it is helpful in preventing the
exhaustion of natural resources. They cut the coffee crop then crush the green beans then roast it
then a tasting technique is applied which evaluate the flavour of the coffee and then finally its
packing takes place. This report will cover ethical consideration in marketing practices and the
socially responsible marketing and environmentally responsible marketing and the issues while
doing these marketing in context to Di Bella Coffee is facing.

openness between employer and employees which enables both of them to know about the
desires and expectations of each other. Di Bella used to take regular meetings with its staff in
order to let them know any new information, policy or rule of the company.
Next is Protecting customer data and its privacy: Privacy is necessary for the security of any
information of customer's data. It will protect the company from any type of financial fraud and
could able the company in identifying theft. It will the the companies in building customer trust
resulting the success of the business. Di Bella uses security software and insures its customers
that their data is safe.
Last but not the least is Committing towards sustainability and human rights: Sustainability
is the major factor should be considered while doing any business. It allows the company to
produce eco-friendly products and services. It engage all the suppliers more towards sustainable
business. A commitment for listening to the desires of the employees allows the employees to
work freely and satisfactorily. Di Bella allows its employees to put their expectations in front of
them. It also maintains sustainability by developing products which are less harmful for
environment.
