and build a big, well-known business in the market. A business must navigate a variety of
channels and issues in order to build a sustainable organization. It is not easy to become a
sustainable organization, and the goods or facilities that the business offers should be in high
demand for longer period of time or the company must continue to innovate to meet customer
demand. The two case studies by Jan Wurzbacher and Christoph Gebald offers as the foundation

management that are applicable to the issues of sustainability -
Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher described a business project in which the CO2
they utilise to produce from the situation was their product. The environmental concentration of
carbon dioxide is rising rapidly at the moment. One of the most pressing environmental issues in
the world is this, which is accelerating climate change. Their goal was to eliminate one percent
of the world's carbon emissions from the environment and threat it can limit the chances of
creating new market as in an effective and as well as an efficient manner (Cooper, and Nelson,
2022). But because it is a complex matter, they need to get authorisation from the administration
and another organizations that are related to the environment and make sure that their work will
be beneficial to them and that it will not maximise but rather decline the effluence from the
contiguous environment. In the subsequent sections, Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher's
various parts and tasks as supportable leaders are discussed -
Considering the health of its employees and other people living nearby The carbon
releases might release contaminants that are harmful to the well-being of such on the
project's buildings or in the neighbouring environment. Such respective could be the
company's workers or ordinary individuals who live or perform neighbouring. It is the
manager’s duty to offer them with vital equipment and conduct regular checks on them.

OKR – A framework called Objective and Key Results (OKR) is used to set goals and
keep track of the results (Lang, 2022). It is used to look at a company's potential and
current performance to find ways to improve it Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher
can utilise such tool in their supportable organisation by setting aims to collect a lot of
C02 from the atmosphere and build a wider level of the profitable organisation that also
helps keep the atmosphere safer and strong as in an effective and as well as an efficient
manner. It should evaluate the wider level of outcome, associate them to the anticipated
outcomes, and measures several deviances at the end of the operating sections or period

developing a brand-new since they face no rivals, this presents a significant
opportunity to establish a new market and serve a large number of customers.
Threats – the elements that increase an organization's risk of failure or danger.
The government poses a threat to the related business because it may impose rules
and regulations that limit the business's power or even prevent it from operating
because of environmental concerns and because of this threat it can limit the
chances of creating new market as in an effective and as well as an efficient
manner.
PESTLE analysis This is a tool for strategic management that looks at a business's
external environment by looking at various of such components, which make up the
contraction and are the most influential outwards business situation factors as in an
effective and as well as an efficient manner (Mujumdar, and Mane, 2022). In relation to
the associated business enterprise, its components are discussed in the following points -
Political factor – These are things that related to do with politics and the
government. Due to their sensitive concern for the environment in which they
work, the related business industry has a significant impact on this factor. They

efficient manner. Despite the fact that the related company does not directly
provide services to society's citizens, no other company will collaborate with
them due to public acceptance.
Technological factor These are the factors related to innovation and
technology. As a plant that releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, high-
tech, and cutting edge machinery is required to safely capture and store the gas so
that it can be sold and used in the future. To avoid problems, the innovations

should be checked and updated frequently as in an effective and as well as an
efficient manner (Shaukat, and et.al., 2022). There must be a patterned on the
technologies for the linked task in the marketplace and an analysis of how the task
can be more suitable and proper because the machines keep getting better.
Legal factor – These are the factors related to legal bodies that create rules and
ensure that they are followed as expected. While running their business as
entrepreneurs, Christoph Gebald and Jan Wurzbacher must obey to a variety of
legal requirements. Legal authorities have the authority to impose fines or waive
other penalties on rulebreakers who break these rules and regulations.
Environmental factor These factors include elements related to the
environment Because environmental pollution is getting worse and is having a
negative impact on people's health, these factors are becoming increasingly
important Because the project in question has a lot to do with the environment, it
needs to take into account a variety of environmental factors to ensure that they
are not polluting the environment but rather improving it. So threat it can limit the

balancing long and short-term goals -
The leaders and managers of a company must deal with an infinite number of different

Maintaining the cash flow One of a leader's most stimulating dilemmas is managing
the money and other sections that aid the business while functioning at wider level. The

guarantee its quality.
Justice – Working employees may have disagreements in the company's premises that
must be resolved and effectively resolved. Anywhere and at any time, frauds can occur.
The leaders have a responsibility to resolve these differences in a way that benefits both

since there is a lot of competition for employees, there will also be a higher demand for
salaries. It may be advantageous to the nation and its individuals, but not for the
organisation as in proper and as well as suitable manner.
