INTRODUCTION
Sustainable organization is the form of an entity which is striving to build sustainable
organization, it takes such steps while performing its operations and sort of other activities in
such way so can uphold the notion of sustainability. (Rostkowski, Strzem iński and Szymański,
2020) The report would be discussing that how the climate change is affecting business.
In the present scenario the environmental crisis can not be denied, there are number of
environmental issues such as carbon emission, melting glaciers, toppling forest cover etc. These
all phenomenons are affecting set of practises and course of actions, the report will be evaluating
such notions with respect to the business.
At the end of the report a well-articulated process would be described, showing some
steps which can be taken to reduce carbon footprints for an organization, these steps consist
convictions such as planting trees, recycling waste, making more investments in green energy
etc. it would be paving way to make the environment more inclined to the favourable side.

CO2 emissions driven from business economy activities. Business could provide the contribution
to innovation as well as solutions to prevent, alter to climate change ans its unfavourable impact
on people and planet (Cheng and et.al., 2019). Changing weather formats are the source of
dramatic risk to large and small business, also emission control system would be so costly by
which public companies will required to conclude them as business cost. Whereas the climate
change justifies the consumer behaviour to harm some business and beneficial to others.
Although such climate condition demand will shift, for instance such demand for heating may
decline as when the demand of other winter goods will rise. Most of the customers prefer
prioritizing sustainability in products they buy, so shifting demand will direct to the
environmental friendly goods.
For example, the business get more challenge where the extreme weather creates the
potential to break off supply chains by getting resources and raw materials in challenging way.

Several droughts and changing patterns leads to shortage of crop which is used for foods,
clothing and other products. It executes the harsh working conditions due to pattern changes, the
working conditions become unpleasant. Job which accept the physical labour conditions
specifically outdoors are the most challenging as well as health and safety concerns will rise.
There are some threats of climate change to international security, policymaker as well as publi
must understand about such change is impacting unrelated challenges and identifies the existing
threat (Cvenkel, 2020). The direct outcome of climate change are promptly evident around world
such as rising seas, levels, droughts, torrential rains, hotter heat waves etc. such effect are the
