The company recently built Nightingale Park on Coldeast Hospital site which is
considered as product for the purpose of analysis. This development offers the collection of
four, three and two bedroom homes as the part of brand new community (Gallifordtry.co.uk
2018). The company plans for the sustainable future of the business on the basis of TBL of
the sustainability and searching for the perfect balance among environmental, social and
economic aspects that will assist in achieving this.
Environmental aspect - In constructing the project the company considered the enhancement
and protection of biodiversity and natural habitants with regard to all schemes. The company
always restore the natural habitants for supporting the endangered and protected species

Social impact - For reducing the impact of on their staffs for travelling to the work place the
company have Green Fleet policy that opt the vehicles with lower carbon emissions. Further
each staff member is provided with special training plan for assuring that can make most out
of their career in Gallifort Try. The staffs are provided with 360 degree approach for staff
engagement and supports. Further the company carries out annual survey on the staffs and the
result is disclosed to all. The company encourages voluntary activity and charity and gives
times to the staffs for volunteering in local community. Further, the company is the associate
member of UKCG and CCS groups that have positive impact on the communities with whom
they work (Nikolaou, Evangelinos and Allan 2013). Moreover, the company promotes the
apprenticeships, liaise and work experience with the colleges and schools along with
delivering the site visits, curriculum assistance and make them environmentally aware.
Economic impact – The application of TBL will also assist the company in enhancing the
profit with minimization of cost. This is achieved through procurement of local materials and
labours wherever possible and improves the local economy.

One conflict related to the application of TBL for the particular project was that the
measurement of the TBL was complex which is considered as the major challenge in the
process of applying the TBL principle. The system used by the company for measurement of
intangible asset like reputation was hazy and it was challenging to link the changes under
these areas for separating the activities in the short-term period (Glac 2015). Apart from this,
the reliability and objectivity that was achieved through measurement was doubtful.
Therefore, more attention shall be paid not only on the method of measuring but also to the
