nations.
Interactive planning and significant in systems procedure in tourism development
Interactive planning is like other types of planning such as inactive, preactive and reactive
planning. IP systems play critical role in success and growth of tourism development, planning ahead
means that all stakeholder in tourism development in Qatar can benefit local area around specific
development environmentally, economically and socially (Canavan, 2014). Tourism evolution carry many
problems to residential people, overcrowding designation, superstructure events, traffic congestion and

system is significant in tourism development in Qatar, it help to prevent from any hazards that effect on

procedure which assist measurement of tourism from bottom up.
Environment measures aim is to evaluate environmental costs, it helps to predict environmental
consequences of planned development activities to assure that potential risk forecast and essential

analyse dimension of visitors to local people.
TASK 3
Justify the concept of sustainable tourism
From the last decade level of success has been earned by the number of travel and tourism
industry across the world. However, ST is an sector that is attached to making a low impact on culture,
environment and aids to generate future employment for people. Additionally, Qatar is committed to the
sustainable development and put the huge consideration over the ecological and responsible tourism.
Thus, travelling and living consuming must be concerted with the environmental and ethical or all other
considerations. It can be stated that Paris has embarked on sustainable approach in number of domains.
Hence, it can be stated that tourism at the places such as Niagara falls in North America, London, pairs
and Rome is eminently sustainable. There are the places that put major consideration over the
maintenance of tourism.
Sustainable initiatives in Qatar is much more environment friendly stay. In the era of travel and
tourism, the legal authorities needs to take initiatives as to developing and emerging to be the careful and
use the resources effectively that are already limited in nature (Garcia, Vázquez and Macías, 2015).
Thus, Qatar is keen to promote the use of technological in the execution of most of the economic and
social development programs that aimed at improving quality of tourism.
Analyse the components that prevent sustainable tourism development
In this present era, nothing came easy, to get something world has to deal the certain factors that
can cause hindrance in Implementation of process that can assist companies to operate functions
effectively. However, there are different cause of hindrance in the implementation of process and that
there are in the market to assist different nations and companies to assist with it.
Henceforth, the first and foremost issue that can happen is to demand of consumers hat is never
ending in nature no matter how much countries ready to spend it always short to satisfy requirements of
the people. Another component is that there are number of countries in which the level of competition is
enhancing day by day. This is the main reason that there are number of the countries that are taking
initiatives to get top position to have extra in assets in order to match up with the leading destination of
the travelling market.

Therefore, legal authorities indicated that lack of skilled labour workforce, ineffective
infrastructure, lacklustre marketing and weak financial system can be the key obstacles for the under-
exploitation of the rich and diverse travel and tourism activities.
Stages of sustainable tourism development planning
tourism industry is higher depends on the variety of environmental, economical and social
features and factors that are abundant and unspoiled nature resources and outstanding recreational
setting. Hence, the presence of tourism industry is called out be the significant negative impact on the
quality of environment and settings in destinations. Thus, it can be stated that preparation for sustainable
development define as environment preservation planning that includes assortment of research, prior yo
decision for deciding direction of development. Hence, all these actions needs to be interpreted in order
to keep from intensive use of the resources in particular areas without past care for the preservation of
the resources. It is one of the crucial factor as this account for tourism development without compromise
and destroy development within the natural, cultural and economic resources. However, it can enhance
and encourages the conservation of economic resource, natural resource to bring revenue into the
community and economy.
TASK 4
Issues of conflict of interests
Conflict of interest among different stakeholders in tourism development and planning procedure
at Qatar occurs. Aspire park is the example of conflict of interest in Qatar, park is known f or touristry,
due to heavy inflow of visitors in this place causing harm of environment which is not appropriate for
environment safety. Keeping ability of park is exceeded their limits and it created battle between the
government and tourism companies of Qatar (.Rodrigues, Rodrigues and Peroff, 2015). When the flow of
people at park is increased the planning and development of tourism suffers a lot which will further
outcomes in diminishing number of visitors. Water and air near by the areas is being polluted by tourism
development which affect the whole life of local population. In order to improve and solve conflict of
interest, government of Qatar take actions against it, they asked local tourism companies to reduce CO2
emission by implementing current equipment which is highly expensive. Government take action and
restricted some of the areas for private use that bring many difficulties for companies working under
tourism industry since for so long. When government and tourism firms work together they can save
environment and beauty of tourist destination.
Implication of sustainability tourism development in Qatar for balancing demand and supply
It means balance betwixt the needs & supply so that tourist destination such as Qatar could be
developed and improved without harming stakeholders interests. It is very essential that traveller is
satisfied by destination and it also not influenced in negative way because of activities related to tourism.

not capable to meet supply because of maximized demand of country as famous destination carrying
ability of nation crossed boundary. This infraction of keeping ability because of lack of balance in supply
as well as needs is hindering tourism development and planning in country. By implementing sustainable
tourism development Qatar can be able to balance demand and supply in nation effectively. Tourist are
aware of its accountability and effectively understand issues caused by its insincerity. The government of
country performing on development of infrastructure for sustainable tourism to help extra inflow of visitors
and defined partnerships with public and private companies. It helps to make less explored tourism
destination and easily provide accessibility to reduce main issues.
Ethical and moral issues of promoting and developing enclave tourism
Enclave tourism is touristy in tourism destinations where visitors actions is congregated and
designed in one tiny geographic area seeking to permit tourists to feel and experience wholly of their
travel purpose. In simple words, when tourism is limited to particular destinations which is smaller than
the other geographic area, but cater whole experience of tourism to people, is called enclave tourism. To
make profit by reducing spending on services by tourism sector is the main reason behind ET. Economic
weakness of Qatar is the main issues for government which cannot be clarified as ethical activity. To
counter mastery of foreign firms in ET, country need to protect interest of nation through tourism
strategies and policies.
TASK 5
Current issues in Paris and emerging country
Environmental issue
India is the facing that issue as due to increasing tourism activities crowd has been raised in the
nation which is increases pollution in the nation (Torres-Delgado and Palomeque, 2014). This problem is
creating problem of local people live in Paris. Whereas Qatar is the nation where consumption of natural
resources are high which creates problem for government to manage atmosphere.
Economic issue
India being a developing nation has stable economic condition but there are poor employment
opportunities for the population which affect economic value of nation hence government is unable to
spend much amount in infrastructure development. Whereas Qatar is the emerging country where
currency exchange is quite difficult hence region is unable to raise foreign reserves.
Social issues
India has rich culture but also there is high crime rate but Qatar people are unable to provide
satisfactory services to foreign consumers which sometimes dissatisfy the travellers.
Recommendation
Indian government has to work hard for developing infrastructure facilities in the nation so that
more tourist take interest in coming here which will be helpful in increasing employment
