Tourism and hospitality industry plays an important role in GDP of an economy. The GDP
of an economy can be increased or decreased with management of tourism and hospitality
industry(Higgins-Desbiolles, 2020). Tourism and hospitality industry maintains and preserves
one country’s traditional and cultural heritage and traditions and values and beliefs with them.
London Eye is one of the most famous tourist destination in London. It is also called
Millennium Eye. It is located at the south of river Thames in London. It is a two minute walking
distance from London Dungeon. It was opened in 1999.
