INTRODUCTION
Sustainable tourism development encompasses the
process under which the requirement of national
and international tourist is fulfilled by making
prudential use of the resources and making efforts
to reserve natural beauty. Most of the tourism
industry makes enormous efforts to appeal the
interest of global citizen without actually
compromising the ability of future generations.

IMPACT OF TOURISM ACTIVITY
The company has generated lot of opportunities in
Asian countries through tourism activity, they have
hotel all around Asia and it help the tourism areas
in many ways. It helps the society as the activities;
the new hotels generate lot of employment
opportunities which help the people of concerned
area many ways it helps in tackling the problem of
unemployment. The company put their hotels in
tourism attraction area so that they can serve a
huge amount of public as market share will be
more there.

PRINCIPLES OF SUSTAINABILITY TO
MEET STAKEHOLDER’S REQUIREMENTS
The hotels focus on doing business without harming
the environment which is known as sustainable
development. It helps the business to provide
qualitative products to its customer as the
environment welfare and doing business ethically is
the motive of the hotel.

It helps the government of the country if a foreign
business is practicing the sustainability concept, because
that means the natural resources of the said country is
not over exploited by the business. All of the
stakeholders are affected by a company's sustainability
efforts, and it also affects society as a whole and the
world environment. As enterprises are linked to the
global economy and Asian countries, stakeholders also
include citizens of countries with developing economies.

SUSTAINABILITY IS DEVELOPED AND
MANAGED WORLDWIDE
With the increase in awareness and existence of various
regulations immense measure are taken to maintain the
sustainable development of nation which reduces the
wastage of natural resources and negative impact on the
social culture. Legislation made by local residence are
carried out for the growth of nation instead of hampering
the environment because of which several countries
throughout the world drive a mixture of economic and
ecological growth.

CONCLUSION
Based on above report it has analyzed that effectiveness
of the tourism sector depends upon sustainable methods
that maintain the interest of diverse stakeholders.
Desirable practices, principle and purpose needs to be
implemented in order to avoid the chances of negative
impact on the tourist sector. Therefore, it is the
responsibility of tourism organization, tourist as well as
government to have wider vision and participate to
maintain the quality of living.
