understand that by using some method there will be no negative impact on the
environment of the place (Liburd and Edwards, 2010). Attractiveness of the region will

at their place. Learning the impact of environment is necessary to measure the impact of
tourists. This environmental study will give all the details that where there is negative
impact on the environment and where is no impact. It will also give measure to remove
the negative impacts.

environmental, social, economic factors. By using responsible tourism model economic
growth of local region will be increased (Reihanian, Kahrom and Hin, 2012). Local
people of that region will be satisfied because they will be involved by the team in
decision making because they will be highly affected by the negative impact. Interaction
of local people and the tourists will increase and healthy environment will be maintained.
This will help in attracting more and more tourists to their place.

TASK 4
4.1 Method of resolving conflict future developing tourism destination in Philippines
Touristry is very all important is sector now because everyone is intact with this around
all the world because everyone engrossment on hotel business or wild life. Philippines is
employment form wild supported tourist in the world (Olya and et.al., 2016). Tourism is very
important nowadays because every arrangement is work with them and use them so touristry is
able to alteration or to do thing new.
There is some know-how to solve this benignant of job.
Prime of serves cognitive process: - Now a day there are should be improve the quality to
services. At this clip each tourism arrangement there are need to keep the quality to
services. Because each client need high quality and better process. Now at that time
customer need some more than different quality. In future point of view or we can say in
forthcoming process need some better quality to run successful forthcoming process.
4.2 Balancing the supply and demand
In each and every organisation they focused on demand and supply in the market. Tourism is one
of the best sectors now nowadays in Philippines case or wildlife case . Now a day there are
tourism is very attraction because each one is used them. Demand and supply of every countries
is not same because: -
11
Document Page
Demand: - Demand will be depend upon the company performance. Demand will be
inverse because if price low demand high and price high demand low this is a situation of
demand and demand will be full depend on price if the tourism sector will be give more
innovation in package or less price than demand will be high .tourism is price high and
low qulatiy than demand will be fall down.
Supply :- Supply will be never change if prices high or low if price high than supply is
also high acc. To low but in tourism sector there are there low must be not follow because
in this situation there are if price high demand also high(Kimbu and et.al 2013). But if
travels company is not use some plans and all then company will decline in profit.
There is all balancing between the supply and demand of the tourism organisations. All demand
and supply will be depend upon the change prices and there polices in the market. To maintain
the goodwill in the market there should be always changes in prices and their innovation in
tourism sector (Huang and et.al., 2013). Because in wildlife tourism case there should be help to
Martian all the internal as well as external factor.
4.3 Moral and ethical issue in tourism
In tourism sector there are some duty and responsibility are also there. Because at the time of
wild life tour with travelling organisation that time some role and responsibility should be there
to maintain wild life decorum.
In such situation some ethical work is must. Ethical work means to the work should be done in
the favour of government. Moral and ethical issues are …
Economic prosperity: - AT the time of travelling some wild life rule should be learn and
to Martian all the conditions and rules or should be follow rules.
Social equality: - Before start the travelling there are all the members they guide
customer to maintain the deco ream of it and be safe or to be familiarly with it. So that
customer will not harm to that person and both are safe (Riasi and et.al., 2016). All the
work to be done by tourism before start a new journey in wild life. This is called as some
ethical or moral issues.
Environment and culture protection: - One of the main response is to maintain the
environment and be safe to wild life people as well as animals. It will all depend the staff
member or other people to guide them.
