Stakeholders hold very important place in the organisation and their suggestions are also

workings of the company. Involving them in the planning process of organisation will
give them motivation to work harder which will increase their efficiency and will open

CareerIgniter, the hospitality industry can give you the opportunity to operate a tour

However, in order to succeed in any of these dynamic fields, the importance of college-
level hospitality administration training cannot be underestimated.

of the best sectors now nowadays in Philippines case or wildlife case . Now a day there are
tourism is very attraction because each one is used them. Demand and supply of every countries
is not same because: -
11

Demand: - Demand will be depend upon the company performance. Demand will be
inverse because if price low demand high and price high demand low this is a situation of
demand and demand will be full depend on price if the tourism sector will be give more
innovation in package or less price than demand will be high .tourism is price high and
low qulatiy than demand will be fall down.
Supply :- Supply will be never change if prices high or low if price high than supply is
also high acc. To low but in tourism sector there are there low must be not follow because
in this situation there are if price high demand also high(Kimbu and et.al 2013). But if
travels company is not use some plans and all then company will decline in profit.
There is all balancing between the supply and demand of the tourism organisations. All demand
and supply will be depend upon the change prices and there polices in the market. To maintain
the goodwill in the market there should be always changes in prices and their innovation in

the favour of government. Moral and ethical issues are …
Economic prosperity: - AT the time of travelling some wild life rule should be learn and
to Martian all the conditions and rules or should be follow rules.
Social equality: - Before start the travelling there are all the members they guide
customer to maintain the deco ream of it and be safe or to be familiarly with it. So that
customer will not harm to that person and both are safe (Riasi and et.al., 2016). All the
work to be done by tourism before start a new journey in wild life. This is called as some
ethical or moral issues.

inverse because if price low demand high and price high demand low this is a situation of
demand and demand will be full depend on price if the tourism sector will be give more
innovation in package or less price than demand will be high .tourism is price high and
low qulatiy than demand will be fall down.
To maintain
the goodwill in the market there should be always changes in prices and their innovation in
tourism sector (Huang and et.al., 2013). Because in wildlife tourism case there should be help to
Martian all the internal as well as external factor.

the favour of government.
Environment and culture protection: - One of the main response is to maintain the
environment and be safe to wild life people as well as animals. It will all depend the staff
member or other people to guide them.
