achieve economic, social and different environmental issues. Whereas, responsible tourism is
one of the significant factors in tourism that is used to work and make more approaches that
are consumed in the tourism industry (Mihalic, 2021). For the completion of the project the
chosen tourism spot Gijon, Spain. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is quite beautiful that
become the effective place for visiting the large number of tourists. In the Spain market,
223,045 number of the hospitality industry are growing. Which are useful for the growth of
travel business to provide significant in Spain to use sustainability methods. This is used to
make a helpful approach for managing organized growth to complete work and overcome
major challenges. It is the need to complete work with effective sustainable planning to work
in a different perspective for the growth of the industry to survive in the world. It can be said
that sustainable tourism is all about re-thinking and re-focusing to adopt nature. This report

respective destination. Furthermore involves the specified policies, principles and practices
which are used for the growth of the tourism industry are discussed in this report.

market. Tourism is the act that provides pleasure in travelling or for any business purpose. It
is helpful to make systematic changes that help consider growth in managing performance
and make effective future growth (Shinde, 2021). This working is considered in most
challenging atmosphere that includes activities to make ticketing and guide the tourists
around popular use of attractions. It would help provide growth with a specific treatment to
