Reason for design
The designs that we have selected is based on the name of our company “Mi Amigos” meaning
“my friends” and it is placed in a cool manner where the symbol indicates that the wearer is
focused and the cross sign is the mark of the best.
Pricing strategy
The per unit price of each sweatshirt will be £35 which is reasonable based on the quality and
fact that it is unisex is an additional factor. Value based pricing strategy has been adopted for the
sale of sweatshirts.
Performance of team
We were able to perform exceptionally well because the design of the logo was liked by the
targetted segment and the strategies adopted for marketing helped in targeting these market
segments. The designing of logo was given to two creative members and the manufacturing was
given to those who were familiar with the local resources and production houses.
Competition
The competition was high because many established brands and online stores are selling their
sweatshirts at £35 or in the similar range. It was tough to fight with these brands but this was
possible because we were sure of the quality of our sweatshirts and the designing.
Uniqueness
We ensured that they were comfortable and trendy i.e. the designs were as trendy as it could get
but comfort aspect was not compromised.
