On Monday, at 10 a.m. shift there are only 2 students. Number of student in the same
shift on Monday and Tuesday are 3 and 1 respectively. Recorded enrollment on Saturday
morning is 14. Same trend is observed for class schedule in 10.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. Again, for
class in 9.30 am Saturday records maximum number of enrollment. The morning classes in
Saturday are more crowded than other days of the week. On Monday, maximum students
enrolled in schedules between 4.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. For Tuesday, maximum enrollment is for
batches in 4.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. For Wednesday, Thursday and Friday more children are

Recommendation
Based on the findings from third term booking, planning should be made for designing
next term. The morning classes on Saturday has increased student enrollment significantly.
Therefore, more shifts can be opened for Saturday. In fact, classes can be offered on Sunday as
well. Newly introduced class Penguin is not as successful as Dolphin. Attention should be given
to increases students for the new class. Additional discounts or other benefits can be offered for
students joining the concern class. More students should be allowed to train under Rachael. This
will help to recover the additional payment made to the new instructor.
