functioning of the project. The quality of the projects are also performed in a better with the help
of proper performing of the System analysis.
Purpose of the report
Purpose of the report will be to perform proper analysis of the management of the

manner. This incapability leads to decrease in popularity of the services that are provided. This

The steps that are performed in the context diagram is diversifying of the stakeholders.
Staffs are considered as the internal stakeholders. The clients are considered as the external
stakeholders. The context diagram mainly portrays the relationship in between the clients and the
staffs. Context diagram considers Swinburne Guru Consulting business as the bridge in between
the 2 stakeholders. A database is also present that contains the data of the clients.
The functioning of the context diagram starts off with client approaching Swinburne

The Leve0 data flow diagram is diverged in 3 sections.
The 1st section deals with the clients, who are the main stakeholders of the business
management processes. The entities are diversified in 4 parts. A database section is also present
in the project.
In the 1st stage the client, the client registers themselves in Swinburne Guru Consulting
business. For registering of the proper data prosecutions are also made to be done. This ensures

the fact that data of the clients are stored in the database which can be further used in the
business functional process.
In the second stage the clients select courses in which they will be needing training in. As
there are several coaches present and several kind of coaching requirements are accepted. It is
not possible for a single coach to provide training in all the departments. Hence selection of
course details must be provide to the coaches and the coach that feels comfortable in the process
takes up the project. The data are also stored in the database. In this stage the data are
respectively stored in the database. Transaction in between the clients and the coaches are also
made in this stage for better understanding of the training requirement.
In the 3rd stage confirmation of the course beginning is made. Both the coach and the
clients come to an agreement and the entire processing is performed. In this stage the clients and
the coaches agree to the rates and pricing that will be required for execution of the project.
Clients and coaches are the stakeholders of the project.
In the 4th step, payment method is performed. In this stage after the completion of the
training project the book keeper sends an invoice and hence the price that is due is cleared out by
the clients. Clients and the book keeper are the stakeholders of the process.

In the level 1 data flow diagram the main advantage that is gained includes proper
elaboration of the registration stage of the Level 0 diagram. This is one of the major issue that
affects the management of the coaching service.
In the 1st stage registration is done. The gathered are stored in the database of the
organization. In the 2nd stage log in is performed and the log in credentials are again stored in the
database. Cross sectional checking is also performed. In the 3rd stage, entering of the curse

details are performed. This data is sent to the coach. In the 4th stage, course confirmation is
performed. This is performed after the approval of both the coach and the client.

From the Entity Related Diagram it can be stated that in the Client entity, Client_id is treated as
the primary key. In the coach entity, Coach_id is treated as the primary key. In the GCS entity,
the courses_id are considered as primary key. In the book keeper entity, Invoice_id is considered
