strength and weakness of the company. SWOT is process of planning that used to identify its
external opportunities and threats related to the business. SWOT analysis is the part of
identifying the correspond elements to analysis and its relation to specific actions.(Tar, 2013). By
using the term of SWOT analysis a company can improve the situation and reduce the
uncertainty and uncertainty It help to improving the performance of the business and help to
identifying the actual needs of the enterprise (Abraham ,2013). The important part of the
SWOT analysis helps to improve the viability of the business and reduce the risk .
SWOT ANAYLSIS OF APPLE INC.
Apple Inc. an a multinational corporations which designs manufacturing and sells
computers,electronics and softer ware and Apple most famous and successfully sells iPhones
also.
Strength:
Apple Inc. company has to be adequate increase brand awareness and it create a strong
demand of its products (Abraham, 2013). Company has strong and large scale of US
distribution channels .It is more stages of production or type of vertical integration is always
aware about brand and company 's reputation . And its financial performance is also very strong.
Weakness :
Apple Inc. only depend on iPhone sales rather than other its product . Its distribution
channel is also week in some countries and its expenditure is very low (Wonglimpiyarat , 2012)
. Comparatively other company is more then lead to fever of innovation and introduced a new
product in the market
Opportunities:
Company has many opportunities like as health related gadgets introduced to the market
because there is a trend in the market wear health related gadgets . so that why company has
introduced its own rage of wearable health related gadgets. Expanding mobile business all over
the world and making a new applications and developing a technology day by day. (Lindstrom,
2006). The main opportunities is more expected to grow a IOT (internet of things) market. Apple
has a different position in the market .

Apple has always faced new challenges in the markets competition from its competitors
such as Microsoft ,IBM, HP and DELL. Google and Samsung is also the competitors both are
working in together and both are providing the best qualities , best offer compete with apple
devices. (Grant, 2016) Currency rate is very effected for every multinational company
including apple also.
SWOT is very important for every organization it showing company growth,
weakness ,opportunities and threats also. swot analysis of Apple company it show the strength
of the company , performance of the company ,weakness and threats also . It helps to make a
strategy for plan for future threats and preparations for the coming threats from competitors.
SWOT analysis evaluates the business scenario in details and take a right decision for the future
courses of action. It helps to improve the performance of the business and also analyse internal
strength and opportunities.(VKhan, Alam and Alam 2015) SWOT analysis show a company real
conditions or actual situations. It show internal and external factor of the business which is
