variety. This can be a weakness for the firm as its competitors is engaged in various types of
product line in comparison to the available less number of production line in Cadbury
(Krishnaswamy, 2017). This can be major disadvantage for profitability of firm as customers are
demanding for more variant products. The firm is less recognised in different countries except in
Europe market. So, in order to expand the company, the firm has to develop various type of
promotional schemes in external market also.
Opportunities- There is a huge growth opportunity available for the enterprise in external
market which is ready for accepting western products. This helps in expansion of business entity
in various countries. Such profitable market for the Cadbury sales are like China, Russia etc. the
firm is having great advantage because of strengthened R&D resource in company sources from
the parent food organisation i.e. Kraft which provides a great expansion opportunity to Cadbury
in respond to this expand their products line and beverages segment in trending profitable market
(Wheele and Hunger, 2011 Brand evolution of Cadbury. 2016).
Threat- Respective company is having large number of threat from the increasing cost in
various operation of Cadbury like supply chain, manufacturing operations, marketing, packaging
etc. The organisation is facing huge amount of competition that many be threat for probability of
firm in market.
