Self-reflection plays crucial role in improving professional growth expertise towards varied

DISCUSSION
Career development plays crucial role in synchronising aspects with high innovation and

benchmarks standards. Furthermore, to get job in health and social care as my career choice needs
strong focus on self-reflective analysis which will enable me to gain professional work growth
criteria’s. Self-assessment plays strong crucial role in improving profound arenas for development,

specific diversity. It can be also understood that career development progression identifies person’s
professional skill knowledge, higher work growth significance and to upscale functional diversity

weakness, opportunities and threats for gaining in depth knowledge on professional work criteria’s

my research findings also were acurate to assist me in professional understandings towards

for improving my work performance. Further, experience also enabled me to generate focus

is also weak at present, towards which professional growth expertise is lacking to build best
decisions in shape and also to harness motivation among varied projects.
