It have been identified through the essay that SWOT analysis help company to determine
the following strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. While doing entire group there were
number of problems and learning which make my understanding more clear about the SWOT
analysis. At the time when me and my time was attempting to define the meaningful results
many time we fails due to ineffective communication. It is very important to have a proper
communication network between group member so that we are able to convey important
message and ideas in order to complete certain work on time with maximum results. The major
problem with our team is that we are not fully focused towards work and not wants to put extra
effort to complete task on time. Me and my team have a major weakness that we are not potential
and punctual as we left the work and anything for very last moments. This lead us to huge
problems many time such as we are not able to make changes in the work, apply new technique
or check efficiency of group member so that future project can be managed in more desired
manner. Due to this approach we are not able to attempt anything before the presentation because
of which the entire work can be wrong and would lead to conflicts among us. I also observed that
there working atmosphere was not so good between as other member plays dirty politics and do
not share crucial information with one another.
The entire project presentation was really very good that contain a detail information
about clearly defining the detail about each and every aspect of business. The presentation was
made with the acceptable structure and formatting was also really good that makes it look
attractive and meaningful. As there was no problem with report but it also makes work harder for
my team because we were not prepared. I did not give enough time on understanding the
presentation and might also was not comfortable with the project presentation this makes me
irritated and I was not able to sure that this presentation would work to the audience. According
to me the report must contain some facts and figure which makes it look more attractive and I
advice my team to add some music or sound at background of slides which can gain the attention
of more number of user. I personally work as a guide and my job role is to define the history,
belongingness and actual happing behind the different monuments in city. Due to my this job
role I was able to speak clearly to the number of people and I was confident enough to make
people listen my thoughts, ideas, beliefs. As I am a guide so I do not have the slightest problem
with performing in front of the public and can easily transform the crucial message of report to
desired audience. In relation to the respective presentation I spoke very less and in clam and

compose manner which makes people understand about the presentation. I was not satisfied with
my performance at all because I spoke very little in front of people that some of them complain
me about the inappropriate approach to speak or work manner to finish my work. This all happen
due to my own negligence as I not properly prepare myself well for the designated work. My
habit of leaving everything to very last put me major problem as I was not able to explore my
understanding about the presentation. I think this would be now a right time to improve my self
and remove the entire negative habits which can hinder my performance. I should start doing
proper rehearsal or put my efforts in the right direction and make everything understand on daily
basis so that any changes or modification can be done in order to improve the outcome. I think I
should my small deadlines for my team to complete certain part of project in future so that any
problem can be resolved at initial level improving the entire productivity. Now I am thinking to
build position in my team which can make easier for us to convey important message form one
another and can make any possible alternation on the basis of feedback. For next time if I am
allotted the same work I will regularly read out the content related to topic that was published on
different sources which would make easier for my entire team to develop more effective methods
and approaches to make more meaningful results.
