I have Bachelor’s degree in business
administration. I have internship
training for 6months as well as
working experience of 8months as a
management executive. Skills that I
consider my strength is of
communication and interpersonal
relationship building skills.
I think I can really delegate task well

a) The competency standards can be determined through the knowledge of the
organizations CRM strategy, understanding the uniqueness and generality of the
customers in this industry followed by customer relationship along with the corporate
and management strategy of the customer information system.
b) There are various ways to get feedbacks from the employees or supervisors, the very
first method can be having a suggestion box in the organization where the employees
can come up and put their honest feedback. Then another method can be to have
follow up with the employees where the employees will be made to feel that their
feedback are important and considering those the company can succeed.
c) The learning styles that I prefer to develop for improving my competence and
performances is through learning articles, journals, blogs and books related to my
field so that I can gather more knowledge. I want to enroll myself further in technical
courses as well as diploma courses so that I can improve my skills related with the
updated technologies. I am also having practical learning experiences each day in the
workplace.
d) The strategies and actions through which I can develop and achieve a competitive
edge in the workplace is by investing in myself that is I will always find which
through which I can improve my knowledge and skills like by attending seminars,
reading books and educational videos. Then I can also volunteer in those works which
I think I need more emphasis and which can further help me grow. Further, I can also
attend the networking events along with joining some professional associations from
where I can meet many likeminded professionals and gain wisdom and experience.
