company in goof and beverages industry. It is most famous global brand that offer their products
around 190 countries. In Switzerland it has its headquarters (Billah, 2019)

STRENGTH WEAKNESS Brand Recognition: Nestle built strong
recognition all over the world and most
of their iconic brands like Maggie.
KitKat, Nescafe have accquired fame
globally. Large product portfolio: It sells seven
key categories of items like ice cream,
powder beverages, water, cooking aids ,
milk product (Jahan, 2020)
Controversies related to water and
maggi: Nestle faced many
controversies for use of water in
different corner of the world. On the
other hand controversy of Maggie also
tainted the brand image. It makes
negative impact on sales & revenue.
Ethical disputes: Nestle had breached
the ethics related to advertising and
also it had made misleading claims for
their baby milk formulas.
OPPORTUNITY THREAT Healthier product line:In Today's
World most of the people are looking
for healthier beverages & food choices.
By extending its healthy products line
the brand increase its revenue and sales
faster. Partnership with other reputed brand:
To serve the purpose of increasing sales
Increasing cost of labour and raw
material:That leads to higher
operational expenses. Higher cost
reduce margin of profit.
