INTORODUCTION
After effective identifying and analyzing my key strength, weaknesses and along with the
attached opportunities and threats, a proper plan was prepared which was thoroughly followed by
me which has helped me in overcoming my weaknesses and threats which might affect my
career growth and development, in addition to effectively taking the advantages of the
opportunities identified. This SWOT analysis provided me a direction which has resulted into
attaining overall growth and enhancement in my skills.

VARK:
This learning model describes the 4 learning modalities of eth student learning which are
visual, auditory, reading/writing and the kinesthetic.
Visual Learners: I have use of the graphics, pictures, videos and clips which ahs helps me in
getting connected with the content. But one might get tired after continuously watch it therefore,
sometimes are used to just listen to the audio.
Aural Learners: Under this, I have made use of eth audio which has helped me in enhancing my
listening skills. The information I have learned through hearing. But in this as well. Continuous
listening becomes not interactive so I use combination of audio and video to maintain the interest
level.
Reading and Writing Learners: It is my practice to reading and note down eth information
which is being displayed on eth screen in the form of text and words. But on eth negative side, it
becomes difficult to copy long texts, therefore, in order to overcome this, I have taken
screenshots of the slides.
Kinesthetic Learners: It involves gaining the hand-on experience through the way of touching
and doing eth tasks which helps me in enhancing my skills. I have undergone short terms session
which helped in dealing with the real-life problem, this helped in enhancing my problem solving
skills.
Gibbs reflective model: The Gibb reflective model analysis will enable me to further identify
working competencies pertaining towards working efficacy goals, areas where I further need to
