REFLECTIVE BLOG POST
During time of transition, human services employees adopt and implement effective and
suitable approaches that can support family members in times of change or issue that they face
and affected in negative manner (Scott, 2012). They utilize holistic methods to work with poor
families that have faced difficult and multiple needs. Each human service worker assists to
enhance living standard of local people and help to overcome their challenges by developing
rubric that assist local network of health care services to assess their effectiveness and readiness
to collaborate effectively. They take initiative to formed a concept for a protective network in
child care field, through which employees contribute to improve mental and physical health of
children as well as their family via entry point in health care networks of varied companies that
have ways to contact child who need their help. Contemporary policy is one of the best
approaches that has been taken into the consideration of individual candidate who seek to
support vulnerable families especially time of transition. They efforts to develop excellent
systems as well as funding models that get beyond destruction and repetition developed by
certain input services that based on funding sources.
There are several factors emerged in this world that affect living standard and health of
individual, especially vulnerable families who suffers in varied ways. In term of supporting
them, it is quite essential for health service workers to find out, develop and utilize set of suitable
skills & methods that require to obtain positive outcomes. For example, within health care
organizations, leadership competencies required, which enable a candidate to address internal
problems and develop unity by other means are really lacking. The usage of excellent and
effective leadership skill allows employees to work in a group and be productive at workplace
that help each patient and their family member. In order to effectively respond in regard to needs
of children and their parents, health service employees consider and use approaches in term of
determining what people expect and seek to obtain, then they develop plan and tactic to treat
everyone accordingly and serve their services without getting high charges as they are unable to
pay so because of poor financial conditions. I thought that collaboration with well-known
charitable trust that provide funds to take better care of vulnerable families and their child and
enable to fulfil their complex needs successfully, it the best approach that needed and continue
work with that.
