• The company is engaged in selling cycles and
bikes to domestic and international buyers;
• Commercial operation of the company is
depending upon manual system;
• The company is running its expense
management through static mode with fixed
budget setting and subsequent compliance to
that amount.

scenario due to old and cumbersome manual
process of running business;

the customers due to improper information flow
caused by manual process;
