INTRODUCTION
Information technology is having a great influence on all business organizations which
can make work easier such as manufacturing, education, health etc. In the present era, computer
system and internet are being used everywhere which can support all operational activities such

present report is focused on SYNERGY which is a recruitment business entity. It operates their
business activities in United Kingdom which is the need of computer system to increase work
performance and efficiency. Mr Timothy Kelly is the director of this organization and wants to
integrate all departments through information technology (Britto and et. al., 2010). Systematic
design specification helps to develop systems which is in need. By this, organization can achieve
their objectives and increase their work efficiency.
