Introduction
The report is describing the Air Australia system. The Air Australia manages the details of
airlines, their aircrafts, flights, passengers, bookings etc. The report is pictorially describing the
complete Air Australia system e.g. by using the use case diagram, ER diagram, data flow
diagram etc.
Need for the System
The Air Australia system is very important and it is required for the Air Australia because of so
many reasons like below-
- It is not easy to manage the large amount of data manually.
- It is not easy to manage the customers detail manually.
- It is not easy to manage the flights and airlines detail manually.
- It is not easy to manage the aircrafts detail manually.
- It will resolve the data redundancy.
- It will give the accurate results in all fields.
- It will maintain the data consistency in the complete system.

Our business strategy is to project best in the airline industry. Currently,
the Air Australia is not doing as per expectation. The new Air Australia
system will ensure that all bookings done appropriately and the
customers get facility to contact over phone email etc.
The system will remind the customers about schedule before 24 hours.
It will make the connectivity between the Air Australia and customers.
Options Considered 1. Add more airlines

3. Schedule flights
4. Hire dedicated team of employees for customer queries.
Benefits 1. Increased Sale: the new system will increase the sale of the Air
Australia because it will provide the good facility to the
customers.
2. Customer Satisfaction: It will satisfy the customers and it will
indirectly increase the business.
3. Improved System: this new system will be improved than
earlier. It will be easy to use and the employees can easilt handle
the details inside it.

This project is based upon the Air Australia Company which deals with flight booking. It
consists of different airlines and aircrafts. It consists of different flight schedules. It will be
completed by December 2019. There will be different modules in the system of Air Australia
Company like flight module, airline module, customer module, booking module.
