system will ensure that all bookings done appropriately and the
customers get facility to contact over phone email etc.
The system will remind the customers about schedule before 24 hours.
It will make the connectivity between the Air Australia and customers.
Options Considered 1. Add more airlines
2. Add more aircrafts
3. Schedule flights
4. Hire dedicated team of employees for customer queries.
Benefits 1. Increased Sale: the new system will increase the sale of the Air
