1. List of main functions which will be handled by the new system
There are many functions which will be handled by new system which will unify the farms at
business level. These functions of system are as follows: -
Integration of social media- The function of new system will be based on providing
information to farmers via social media which will helps the individual in determining spot
trends, seasonality of certain crops, etc. Moreover, this will help in creating a platform where
farmers will be able to interact with each other and can discuss about types of recipes for meals.
E mail system – In this system, information will be provided with E mails. This will
enable farmers to get the latest information about vegetables, crops and trends in demand.
Analytical feature- It refers to the functions in which farmers will know about season,
change in demand, market trends, etc. with this they can analyze stock availability, purchase
history of customer, market trends, etc.
2. Roles which will be interrelating with new system
It is important to assign roles to people that are operating the new system. This is because
it helps in creating a connection between devices. Here, role refers to user who will interact with
system. The user which will be added to system are bank and store. It will create a link between
farmer and GBY so that order can be processed in more effective way. Apart from this, they will
access and process information. Through this, analytics reports can be maintained by farmers.
3. Additional features
Simulation tools – There are several simulation tools that will be installed in system.
With help of them farm activities will be done. This network will assist in improving
performance which will aid in managing profitability. .
Software and applications- The network will require some advance software and
applications that will help in expanding its range. This can also be used in the future in case of
technological advancement and upgradation.

 Case 4 - Log in ID and password.
6) Payment mode method.
From above discussion payment method case is taken. For example- if a farmer orders
some items by log in. then a payment method he or she has will have to select mode will offer
two options that is cash and credit. Here, user will choose accordingly to their comfort level. In
case if user opt for cash mode then automatically, bank and GBY will get information about it.
Thus, in accordance with case mode changes are made in reports.
But when credit method is applied then change will be done in account of user as well as
bank. This will make it easy for GBY and bank to update information related to payment. The
payment gateway will directly connect with user, bank and GBY. Therefore, it will act as
interface between these three in network.
