1. Introduction
The case study for this assignment states the case study of Ceylon Textile Suppliers
(CTS). This is an Australian owned government that is situated in Melbourne and deals with
clothing products. There are many sub systems in the business process and one of the sub-system
that is taken into consideration for this assignment is Sales management sub-system. The
corresponding activity diagram, event table, user stories, data flow diagram including the context
diagram, 0 level diagram, level 1 diagram. There is associated data flow dictionary and data
dictionary for the corresponding sub-systems. Two process descriptions are stated along with
three use cases included in the sub-systems.
1. Introduction
