1. Introduction
The case study for this assignment states the case study of Ceylon Textile Suppliers
(CTS). This is an Australian owned government that is situated in Melbourne and deals with
clothing products. There are many sub systems in the business process and one of the sub-system
that is taken into consideration for this assignment is Sales management sub-system. The
corresponding activity diagram, event table, user stories, data flow diagram including the context
diagram, 0 level diagram, level 1 diagram. There is associated data flow dictionary and data
dictionary for the corresponding sub-systems. Two process descriptions are stated along with
three use cases included in the sub-systems.

4. Two User Stories and acceptance criteria
User Story 1:
1. The system should be able to take the details of the goods, the dispatch note and the delivery
note from the system.
2. The stock is to be updated in the system when there is a dispatch of good in the system.
Acceptance Criteria 1:
1. The system should have the feature to edit the stock update so that after dispatching a good,

the stock can be updated.
2. After editing the stock, the admin should have the capability to save the updated stock in the
system.
User Story 2:
1. The system should be able to track the parcel that is being delivered to the customers.
2. After the parcel is dispatched, dispatch note is used for updating the stock of the
organization.
Acceptance Criteria 2:
1. The delivery address of the customer should be updated and tracking process of the
goods should be enabled.
2. There should be availability of stock in the system.

7. Process descriptions
Ticks Item on Dispatch note: This process includes in ticking the product that are
already being packed in the system. In this process, all product details are updated in the system
needs to updated in the system and this process helps to do the system.
Attach Delivery Note: This process includes in providing delivery note with the system.
This delivery note will be used by the courier service to get the delivery details of the customer.
The delivery address of the customer is to be provided to the courier service so that the good gets
delivered in time.
