Justify system for development.
The need to use health management system in most system is very high. The St.George Hospital
has adopted to use hospital management system in most of its process because the hospital
management system is very effective and makes hospital operation easy and time saving. The
St.George Hospital experiences high number of patient who seek treatment at hospital and
doctor find difficult time on attending to all patient so the St. George Hospital has decided to
develop the St.George Hospital management system to help on fast processing of hospital
activities which would consume time. The time a patient wastes on the queue while waiting for
health officer to attend to them is eliminate. The patient can just book appointment on the system
better than physically going there. When management adopts the development of the Hospital
management system it will make organization to increase on the profits by attracting a lot of
patient in the Hospital.

Business case Description.
The Australia Hospital management system is one of effective used in Australia. The system
is owned by St.George Hospital and the hospital is found in area Kogarah ,Sydney city
Australia.. The system is a web based system where patients can access it online using their
phones or computers(Sommerville, 2016). The system actors are patient, Doctors and system
administrator. The role of the system administrator is to add or remove system users and
ensure the system is working well. The role of the doctor is to treat patient. The role of patient
is to request for service on the system. The patient who want to use the service has to register
on the system and username and password is auto generated after providing correct
registration (Satzinger et al ,2016). When registration details are incorrect the patient has to
provide correct valid details. The patient can access system features by login. When login
details are valid the patient request for the service the hospital provides. For example the
patient can make appointment. When login details are incorrect the patient has to provide
correct login detail. The patient request appointment on the system, request for the treatment
service. The doctor schedule appointment. The doctor make appointment. The doctor can
approve or reject appointment. The doctor clerk history and diagnose patient. The doctor
review patient history and treats the patient.
