1. Introduction
This report states the needed in information system in Wenty Library and the description
of the business case and the benefit that the library will get after implementing the information
system. This report also states the schedule to develop the system and the cost associated for the
scheduled designed. There are diagrammatic modelling tools that are related with the developing
the information system of the library.
2. Developing the Information System:
Wenty Library needs the information system to automate the process that is included in
the system. The library management system of the Wenty Library needs to make use of the
information technology so that the managerial objectives can be carried out. Information system
in the library is needed for store the books, to organize, them, to share them and to retrieve them.
Wenty Library includes three main elements in the system, hardware, users, and the software.
The management system that is to be developed in the library will include network of computers
that uses some programs so that the technical functions can be facilitate in the library. The
information system to be developed for Wenty Library will make the tasks of the library more
efficient. More amount of work can be done in less time and the information system will also
decrease the operational cost in the library. The information system will minimize the paperwork
in the library and the risks of misplacing the paperwork. The information system will also
increase the customer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction as because the customers will get
better services as well as reliable service from the library.
3. Business Case

 The mission of this project is to develop an information system that can help Wenty
Library to work better and in an efficient way. With the information system, the library
can automate the working process and can reduce the paperwork for handling the system.
 The objective of this project is to develop an information system that will help the
management to handle the operations in the system more efficiently and effectively.
 The cost of developing the information system for Wenty Library will be $305,800.
 There is a need to implement data security in the system and to fasten the operations in
the system. So, the information system is needed in the Wenty Library.
 The solution meets the need of the business as it will help to do all the work
automatically and provide data security in the system.
4. Business benefits
The business benefits that are associated with implementing the information system in
Wenty Library are:
This system will encourage the staffs and users to handle the system efficiently
The information system will include highly secured management of cloud data
The information system for the Wenty Library will also enable mobile access
Enhance the reporting management and monitoring management
Increase engagement in library
Provides error free data and reports
The system will be fully customizable and cost efficient.
