INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this critical analysis is to describe the software usability in small and
medium sized enterprise in germany and analyze the facts and do the critical evaluation
accordingly. The importance of IT for the small medium enterprise (SME) companies has been
discussed in the paper.
Discussion
The paper discusses how the involvement of IT which is usability of software has
affected the small and medium enterprise (SME) companies of germany. The foremost reasons
for this development of IT are the achievement of business objectives such as improving
productivity, quality and customer satisfaction, tracking live orders, deciding business strategies
and the fulfillment of industry-specific standards for documentation and traceability of the
company’s activities(Wasson, 2015). The change in behavior of employees has been discussed
along with the factor that is responsible for the change i.e intensity of IT consumption in private
life of the employees(Tang & Zhang, 2013). The role of software usability to determine the
behavioral intentions of them to use a software has been mentioned. The question about the
widespreading of view among the SME software producing and software client companies has
been raised of germany. The paper further discusses the research model and both the quantitative
and qualitative data collection method is also done in the research and has been put into the
paper. The software client perspective is an important aspect of the development of IT
infrastructure of the SME of germany. The satisfaction index of the clients has been properly put
in graph and discussed. The organizational field perspective raised questions such as how a
positive attitude about usability arises in SME software producers was met with systematic

analysis of the interaction and networking of SME software firms(Kotelnikov, 2014). The
discussion focused on paid exchange relations with the universities, service providers, customers,
industry organizations and standardization bodies. Although a high proportion of respondents
indicate regular cooperation with other software developers, it was not possible based on the data
to explain and present clearly that such interactions significantly influence the attitudes and
knowledge creation in relation to the issue of usability. Usability therefore rarely appears to be
the principle reason behind cooperation between software manufacturers. The government policy
determination and policy recommendation was done in the paper. The development which are
going on in the field of IT implementation was also mentioned along with the reason of blocked
development with the reasons of blocking has been critically evaluated(Abdulsaleh &
Worthington, 2013). Finally depending on the empirically determined diffusion of usability
practices the paper concludes with some suggestions for initiatives that should be taken to
develop more precise and efficient software for the SME companies of germany has been
discussed. The paper studied the current status quo of software usability has been discussed.
Conclusion
It can be concludingly stated that the software producing companies incorporate a positive
changes to the SME of the germany resulting them to better growth and the paper has
recommended the changes that has to be made.
