Introduction
The report is showing the complete information about FastFit Gym system. The full
functionality is showing by the ER diagram, DFDs etc. All functions, processes and
cost and schedule analysis of the FastFit gym system is being defined in the report.
The TCO of the FastFit Gym system is also being shown in the report.
System Justification
- The customers can book the tickets online.
- The online notifications and all other tasks like checking the booking status
etc. will save the time of customers.
- Report generation at any time is also the best function for the administrators.
Business Case and Justification
Currently the FastFit system is not providing the features to the customer for online
booking etc. but now the FastFit wants to make online booking, to give notification
about booking status, reports generation for the higher level employees etc. the FastFit
system will able to do the following tasks-
- It will save the customer’s time by online booking.
- It will give facility to check online booking status.
- It will give feature of report generation to employees.
- It will store the data permanently.

- Set the main goal of the project that is online booking for the customers.
- List all necessary features.
- Design the layout of pages.

The TCO is a very important task that shows the hidden cost of the project which may
arise in the future and make trouble for the owner. Therefore; the TCO helps in
understanding the complete budget and alert the owner about it.
