1 System justification
The marketing management system is a sales system that had been adopted by the XYZ
Company to manage the sales made in their business and the company mainly deals with the sale
of various electronic products.
Currently the company has no database management system to manage their records and they
keep the records manually where they face allot of challenges in storage, retrieval and analysis of
the business transactions.
The management had however opted to adopt a business system to run their daily business
transactions and below is justification for implementing the proposed marketing management
system.
i. The organization does not have existing database system.
ii. The organization does not have existing management system.
iii. The organization has no existing computer systems.
iv. The organization has no installed network management system.
v. The organization stores the information manually.
vi. The organization has no information backup system.
vii. The organization has been losing information which is manually saved.
viii. The organization had been facing change while recording the marketing information.
ix. The organization had been facing challenge in retrieving the stored information from
the manual files.
x. The organization had been facing challenge in analyzing the business transactions and
