AI Summary
This report provides a detailed analysis of the system design for the NewAccess project. It begins with an identification and analysis of stakeholders, including their influence and power, visualized through a stakeholder map. The report then outlines a questionnaire designed to gather system requirements from physicians, covering their experience, perspectives on electronic health records, and acceptance of the proposed system. Furthermore, the report presents a use case model and detailed use case descriptions, specifically focusing on the 'Login' use case to illustrate the functionalities of the system and ensure security. The analysis is based on the context of the NewAccess project, which aims to provide effective medical help to patients facing mental health issues.

1. Analysis of the Stakeholders’ Involved and Stakeholder Map
Stakeholders associated with a particular project involves all those individuals who are
directly or indirectly linked with the execution of a project. Identification and analysis of the
major stakeholders associated with a project is essential to ensure the correct execution of a
project. Execution of a project largely depends on the stakeholders’ needs and therefore, accurate
engagement of the stakeholders within the project is essential. In this project of development and
implementation of NewAccess, identification of the correct stakeholders of the project is quite
essential since this project is a high priority project. The NewAccess project is controlled and
managed by Headspace and therefore, this organization is one of the main stakeholders of this
project. The other important stakeholders, the group in which they belong to, their power or
influence and the proposed project and their interest in the project is indicated in the table below-

The above table provides an idea of the most important stakeholders associated with the
NewAccess project. The identified stakeholders are plotted in the stakeholders’ map according to
their power and influence. The detailed stakeholders’ map is discussed in the section below.
1.1. Stakeholders’ Map
Previous section of the report identifies the stakeholders linked with the NewAccess
project. One basis of the power and influence of the identified stakeholders on the project, the
stakeholders are mapped as per their influence and power. The stakeholders’ map is a tool that
enables an organization to map and represent the stakeholders. The following figure indicates the
stakeholders, to be kept satisfied, managed closely, kept informed along with the stakeholders
who are needed to be monitored.

The above figure maps the identified stakeholders linked with the NewAccess project.
The stakeholders for the NewAccess project that are identified in the previous section of the
report are mapped on basis of the interest and power of the stakeholders. The stakeholders’
mapping indicates both internal and external stakeholders associated with the project. The
internal stakeholders generally has a high influence on the project. The external stakeholders
linked with the NewAccess project however, has little or very less decision making power in the
project. The external stakeholders associated with the project needs to be kept updated about the

status of the project. Appropriate communication among the project stakeholders is generally
ensured by developing a communication plan.
2. Questionnaires
Since the funding of the NewAccess project is already approved, it is quite essential to
collect the systems requirements. One of the most common and most effective techniques of
information collection involves making use of a set of questionnaire to gather information
associated with a project. The following section of the report gives an idea of the introductory
statement of the questionnaire and the set of questions that the stakeholders will be asked as a
part of information gathering. The new access project is being proposed to ensure effective
medical help to the patients having mental health issue. Therefore, the questionnaire is mainly
directed to the stakeholder group “physicians”, in order to collect data related to system
development.
2.1. Introduction Statement
The questionnaire is generated in order to facilitate the requirements gathering and the
requirements identification process of the NewAccess project. The NewAccess information
system will help both physician and the patients in receiving appropriate medical help. The
system promises to store all the patient data and confidential data of the patient in a secure
manner. The set of questionnaire has been prepared to collect and gather data related to the
project implementation.
