Introduction
In this report we will use the concept of the system analysis which will help the farmer to
make their production very good and all the business concepts are shown below. There is the
organisation chart which wills the farmer to take the hierarchy like this and there is the gnat
chart which shows the process which goes in the project and this will help to do the project
accordingly.
Summary
In the scenario, there is the farmer whose name is Ian Jones who was the mechanic and what
to switch from the mechanic field to follows the own business of grandfather and the father.
Ians grows the crops or the vegetables which are organic in nature and would not be the use
of any kind of synthetic materials. The business is not so large; it is on a small scale. The
Ian's used to take the orders from the customer so that he can pack their orders one day before
the pickup order ate, but this is becoming hectic for the Ian and got his wife which very
understands one who helped him in his business to grow it on the large scale. The
management of this is not good because there are no workers for Ian's to help therefore his
wife helped him out to achieve the goals of Ian's. The sale of the Ians was very good, he used
to get the high dollars for the organic food which he sells. The quality of the crops is no
doubt was the best that’s why he use to get the high pay for the crops (Chaudhuri, et al.,
2019).
Background Information
Basically, the person wants to get increase his business by using technology like the website,
mobile applications, etc. Because he wants all things to manage it online with proper
functionality. The person wants to make the proper management in terms of payments and all
things. Now let us discuss what things will be required for the same:
1. There will be website design to which the customers can view the photos of the crops and
can register themselves to make some orders
2. Online and offline promotion is needed.

3. There will be one device on which the Isan can have the proper track of all things going in
his business.
4. There will be one photographer needed to make the crops look attractive on the website so
that the customer can place the orders.
5. Before having the website the mocks up can be built like what the website things on the
website will require how it will show images.
6. The mobile application will also be prepared so that the application will be launch on the
play store and other so that one can see there on the mobile phones and can help the user to
place the order quickly.
7. The application prototype will be designed in them mock-ups which will follow the
principle of the heuristics and will show all the linking of the application.
8. There will be the database to the customer who will register on the website of the
application.
9. Now the developers are required who can work for the Ian’s and look upon his works
(Chaudhuri, et al., 2019)

Business functionality
To develop the business there is a need to focus on the functionality of the business to run
this in an effective manner. Their functionality of the Ian's business works on the:
1. Marketing of the product: The marketing of the product is necessary to develop the
business so that there will be awareness between the persons.
2. Increase the sale: To increase the sale there is a need to do the marketing which can be
online or the offline of the company.
3. Accounting: This is seen by the proper useful distribution of payment to the customer to
generate the receipt.
4. Staff management: The staff management can be seen by the manager to maintain the staff
of the various fields and provide them the salary on time etc.

Project management
The management of the project is one of the important factors to which one can complete the
project on time or before the deadline. The management of the project is necessary because
the project live status can be checked out with the manager. There are following steps:
1. Planning: The project proper planning is done because the project will go out all the
requirement. The planning involves all the required resources which help to build the project.
Therefore planning is done before to make the project.
2. SRS: The system requirement specification is there in which all the requirement is fulfilled
to make the best project in the budget of the customer. This helps to include the resources
which might not involve in the planning phase.
3. Design: The designer will use the resource and will design all the with the help of resource
and the planning which have been done. The design is just the prototype build so as to make
the things very clear that how the project will work and is that worth or not, there is
involvement of the customers.
4. Coding: The design once approved will go for the coding which will be done with the
developer to build the application or the software. The coder makes the program error-free
which can run anywhere and do all the functionality.
5. Testing: The program is tested on a different platform as well as the different type of
testing is done. This involves white testing, black testing, integration testing, unit testing, etc.
6. Maintenance: The software once launched in the market need to maintain because of the
software demands for the new up gradation which helps to develop the more use of advanced
language. The maintenance cost should be low.

Critical path
The path which is the shortest to cover the whole project is called the critical path (Calp,
M.H. and Akcayol, M.A., 2019.)

Total duration
The overall duration which expected is the 84 days. There is the use of a Gantt chart which
helps to maintain the overall duration and can explain all the work of the projects.
System vision
This helps to make or to develop the effective design of the software by explaining the design
and the analysis of the system (Calp, M.H. and Akcayol, M.A., 2019.)
Problem description:
The problem which encountered in the case study was that there was the farmer who wants to
expand his business and make the proper management of the production, harvesting, orders
and the payments. To fulfil this there is need of the system analysis which helps the person to
have the proper management so that the business goes smoothly and the customer also finds
the proper setup and the management so that there is no difficulty to them.
Business benefits
Management work is one of the basic works which is quite important and which increases
efficiency in all other works, to do this task of managing the implementation of an
information system is useful. It will be easy for a customer to order food when they are
provided with information. Working together always lead towards the next step, therefore,
the distribution system should be implemented; a well-coordinated system will reduce pain
on a single head and will make a move ahead. This will also help in the documentation of
staff and customer information. Also, this will help in the cleanliness of work. Accounting
will be on the next level and the salary distribution will be refined. This will boost the
company and the company will be surely revamped.
System Capabilities
The system can perform various things :

There are a variety of risks which are included in this project, some challenges might be
faced when deployment of the project will take place. To avoid those situations and
challenge, risk analysis should be performed which will help to analyze those risk and try to
overcome before its deployment (Calp, M.H. and Akcayol, M.A., 2019.)

Cost Analysis:
A cost analysis will be done for large as well as small scale business. Various decision-
making techniques will be done which will help to analyze the system success either it will be
successful or not according to the cost which is being used in the project. It will help to
decide the method which will be required by a manager. Various methodologies will be
acquired to do the cost analysis and cost analysis will do on the basis of the different values:
Benefit-cost & Ratio model (BCR):
It will be calculated by calculating the ration of benefits which are being summed up and the
total cost for the proposed project.
Net Present Value (NPV) Model:
The difference in total cost and benefits in the project can be said as the Net present value of
a project. It is being used to calculate the present value or worth of the project which is being
given by the project.
By doing cost analysis various facts can be stated regarding a project like whether the project
in which investors are going to invest is reliable for their future use and how it will benefit
the organization which is being taken this project.
