Introduction
The sector of technological advancement has directly proven to be playing a
significant role in the process of the mitigation of the different challenges of the human life.
The concept has proven to be very much beneficial and can be also adopted in the prospective
of the health care sector even. The approach of the technology with the different tools and the
technology can be considered as prominent tool that is majorly changing the landscape of the
industry, which is related to my health record. It can be considered as a database which is
digital in nature that records and updates the medical history of patients. This data can be
accessed from anywhere and at any time by the use of giving proper credential of the user.
The security of the data is also secured by applying in this concept. The report mainly puts
focus on the aspect of three critical factors that majorly influence the output and the
performance of the discussed service (Zedler, 2017). The first service is the purchase of the
system, which directly depends on the vendor and hence is subjected to the discussion. This
is followed by vendor is based on the aspect of cloud based service and the approach of the
SDLC. The report directly puts the discussion on the three aspects.
Vendor solution
The aspect of adaptation of the heath record service have directly inspired different
organization to involve into the field of health record service and directly offer the service.
The giants of the telecom sector such as Microsoft and Google are very much offering their
own health record tools among which some of them are based on the concept of cloud based
aspect. The indicated section directly provides an overview of the concept of the evaluating
and identifying the existing vendors with the aspect of the requirement of the system. The
report majorly puts focus on the aspect of three MHR software vendors, which are namely
Best practice software Pvt Ltd, iSoft and communicate (Boud, Cohen & Sampson, 2014). All

of the vendors are due to the factor that they are considered as leader in the Australia market,
which is related to the health care techniques and service tools. The main selection of the
vendor in this case is he isoft. The main working of the iSoft are stated below. The vendor
can be included into the concept of then working of the organization would be directly
affecting the internal as well as external working of the organization. The interest of the
vendors can be implemented into the project execution proves which would be delivering a
standard of working into the overall working of the project.
Review of cloud based service
The aspect of cloud-based service can be considered very much advantage, which
directly include different types of benefit into the internal as well as external working of the
organization. It can be stated here that although the concept has different types of benefit but
it is seen that many of the organization are refraining themselves form the service due to
some of the disadvantage, which are related to the concept. In the next sections, different
advantage and disadvantage, which are related to the MHR service, are discussed below:
Advantage
The main advantage, which can be related to the concept of the MHR based cloud based
service, are stated below:
No server hardware and software are needed to be purchased. It can be stated here that
all the aspects, which are related to the hardware and software, are directly provided
from the end of the provider of the service.
The service, which is related to the concept, come with good aspect of customer
service. It can be stated here that there can be different types of problem, which can

It can be one of the good approach which can be directly beneficial for clinician who
travel a lot and are not based on the aspect of office based approach. The data can be

The software development life cycle can be considered as a process, which is
followed by software projects. This is mainly taken into consideration from the end of the
software organization. It directly implements a detail plan which is related to the maintain,
develop, replace and alter or directly enhance the specific software. The life cycle directly
defines the methodology, which is related to the improving of the quality, which is related to
the software, and the overall process of development.
Predictive approach of SDLC
In every project there are different types activity which are majorly in the sector of the
project initiation, planning, analyzing, design and implementation and the sector of the
deployment. Each of this activity are termed as Phase of the project. In the approach, which is
related to the predictive approach of the SDLC there are other phases even which, are known
as support phase. These phases directly affect the sector of the working into the project when
the production of the phase of the project are operational (Xu et al., 2014)

different activity as the project in operational. The concept can be very much beneficial due
to the factor that in the starting of the project different requirement of the project are not
taken into consideration properly. An early version, which is related to the Adaptive
approach, is the spiral model (Williams & Brown, 2014). The concept directly covers the
cycle repeatedly throughout the adjustment and the development until the complete project
reaches the final stage. The main aspect, which is taken into consideration in the field, is that
the project is break down into different phases and iteration which breaks the problem into
the system development into more mini project which makes the concept manageable.

advantage is its varying approach that directly allows the addition of the necessary

approach. The main advantage, which can be seen in the concept, is that due to flexible
approach of the timeline additional functionality can be include later on in the

On the other hand the weakness, which is related to the concept, is that the concept is
very much customized that restricts the usability aspect? In addition, it can be stated here that
the concept needs to be applied in different ways for each of the application. The chances of

which are related to exceeding of the budget due to the elongated project life.
