Overview
Title Login for Customer
Description For logging in the system, the customer need to enter the user name,
phone number, email id, and password for logging in the system.
Without log in, the customer cannot make the booking.
Actors Involved Customer and the administrator are the actors associated with the
system.
Pre- Conditions The customer needs to sign up with the details so that they can get
system generated username and password for logging in the system.
Post- Conditions The payment can be done only after logging in with the system.
Exceptions:
1. If the customer does not have username and password, they need to get the username and
password before signing in with the system.

Overview
Title Staff Login
Description For logging in the system, the staff need to get username and password
from the administrator. The admin will add the details of the staff in
the database system and with those credentials, the staff will be able to
login in the system. The staff can also change the default password
given by the administrator. The staffs provides assistance to the

customer.
Actors Involved The actors in the system are the staffs and the administrator.
Pre- Conditions The staffs need to get username and password from the admin to login
in the system.
Post- Conditions Customer will get assistance after the staff login in the system.
Exceptions:
1. Without proper password and username, the staffs cannot login in the system.

Overview
Title Providing Tour Details
Description The customer associated with the system has to search for a package
for booking their tour. New customers can search for tour packages
without logging in the system. But for booking the tour package, the
customer need to login in the system. For searching the packages, the

customer has to provide the destination and provide the data they want
to avail and book them accordingly.
Actors Involved The actors are the customers and the administrator.
Pre- Conditions The system has to store all the details of the tour before carrying out
this use case. The admin needs to add the tour package details and the
cost of the tour packages in the system.
Post- Conditions The user needs to select the package and confirm the booking.
Exceptions:
1. Without searching they can directly take the assistance of the staffs for booking a tour.
2. For searching, the user needs to provide valid destination and time for completing this use
case.
