How Information system will solve a Problem
Information system is considered one of the tools which the firm makes use to solve a
different problem. The whole process of solving issues requires a complete collection and
analysis of data (Coronel & Morris, 2016). The last step is all about putting the solution as the
best way to tackle the problem in business. Decision-making requires the involvement of certain
tools that will help the management and another kind of personnel to choose the right thing
during the process of solving the problem.
System design and different methods of accomplishing goals
System design can be stated as the method of defining the architecture, data of the
system, and interfaces for satisfying the need of the user. There are list of overlapping with the
concept of system analysis, system architecture and lastly system engineering (Sotiriadis,
Stravoskoufos & Petrakis, 2017). There are list of ways which can be used for solving a problem
like
Enterprise Resource Planning: The system is found to be useful in solving issues
among departments like finance, sales, and manufacturing and accounting.
Collaborative Tools: Collaborative software tools are very much useful for solving most
of the issues. It merely helps small business location to carry out business on behalf of some
large community.

Hardware, software user elements for system implementation
In most cases, system analysts aim to operate in dynamic environment where changes are
common (Coronel & Morris, 2016). For the construction of the system, there is a list of key
elements which are need to be taken into account, like Output and Input, Feedback,
Environment, Boundaries and Interface, Control, Processors.
