Categories of consideration for enterprise system integration
The considerations that are needed for the enterprise system integration are
1. Budget: For completing the integration of project, the project budget is to be well-
defined so that budget is followed from the first day of project planning.
2. Project Team: Project team is to be determined for having successful integration of
software. Project team members are to be allocated for completing the integration process.
3. The appropriate tool: The right vendor is to be selected for getting the services for the
software that is being developed (Goodyear, 2017).
4. Synchronization times: Synchronization of data is needed at a particular time and thus
have to fix the time of synchronizing the data.
5. Synchronization direction: The direction of moving data is to be determined and thus
data synchronization is needed.
6. Cleaning of data: Cleaning of data is needed in developing a software and integration
of CRM and ERP system will help to clean up the system.
7. Beating the scope creep: This mainly happens when there is continuous change in the
project. The change that is decided by the project manager or executive are not circulated among
others associated with the project.
8. The project timeline: This is essential part of system integration as because detailed
timeline helps to complete the project within budget.

2. Undertaking internal cost for development.
3. There should be proper funding in the project so that there is no problem at the time of
development.
