The GCM, a globally successful company, is facing some problems related to the
everyday works about the information technology administration [1]. The IT manager of the
GCM is keeping pressure to the System Administrator regarding the correct tools for managing
and also supporting the everyday services [2]. At present, the GCM is using some open source
monitoring tools like the cacti, OpenNMS, Icinga, monit and many others.
This report discusses the comparison of three existing technology related to server
management for the administration of the GCM [3]. This report also presents the three emerging
tools about the tools and techniques related to server management, which can be implemented in
the year 2020.

There is three server management software that is used for the GCM system
administration. These include Site 24*7, LogicMonitor, and ManageEngine Application [4]. The
Site 24*7 and Logic Monitor do not get awards yet. But the ManageEngine Application Manager
got the award named the āExpertās choice 2018ā. According to the Financesonline, the site 24*7
gets the smart score 8.9. The LogicMonitor gets a quick score of 8.7. The ManageEngine
Applications manager gets the lively rating 9.0. As per aspect of the experience related to the
Customer, the most satisfying software is Site 24*7 [5].
The payment of the Site 24*7 is onetime payment, and the amount of the fee is $9. The
payment methodology of the LogicMonitor is a monthly payment, and the amount is based on
