About the organization
The aim of this report is to describe the plan related to WestAust corporation Ltd.. the report
aims at describing the operation management system related to the organization. The major five sub
system related to the identified system includes Parcel service, employment services, contractor
services and home care co-ordination that are involved in mining services and contractor services.
However this report will entirely focus on parcel services that are provided towards the customers.
Each details regarding the services provided towards the customer related to parcel are described in
this report along with possible illustration. This will facilitate the reader with easy understanding.
User guidelines
Staffs of the organization:
As an essential part of the organization, I would like to analyse all the details regarding the
customer that are getting into the system. Details regarding each customer needs to be maintained
properly for having a better control over the system. Staffs as responsible for approving the request
made by the customer for obtaining the registration. According to my opinion I will prefer to store the
details of parcels that are entered by the customers into the system. Apart from this it will be
convenient for us to provide better services if I not the pickup address and the location set for
delivery. After the delivery is done it is important to delete all the records regarding that parcel. Apart
from this each parcel needs to be managed properly and needs to incorporate tracking machines
within the parcel.
Criteria for acceptance:
1. Parcel information needs to be stored properly
2. Customer details needs to be registered
3. Tracking the location after the user shares it
4. Information related to the parcel needs to be shared so that current status can be noted
5. User needs to implement facilities for updating and deleting the requirements.

Customers:
From the customers perspective it is always important to have a transparent business
strategies. As a customer I wish to get into the system after registering with necessary details. Apart
from this the organization should allow me to include the details regarding the parcel, so that it
becomes clear to understand the need. The organization needs to provide me with the facility of online
payment. As per mu convenient I should be able to set the pickup and drop off location.
Criteria for acceptance:
1. Location set by the user needs to be accepted
2. Information regarding the parcel needs to be stored
3. User registration needs to be done properly.

 Enter parcel information – information regarding the parcel needs to be entered within the
system
 Enter pick up location – the location from where the parcel needs to be picked up
 Enter drop off location – details regarding the delivery of the parcel
 Store customer details- details entered by customers’ needs to be stored within the system
 Store parcel information- parcel information entered by customer needs to be stored by staffs
 Manage address- the address provided by the customer for pickup and delivery needs to be
managed by the staffs working within the system.
 Manage parcel delivery- the delivery of parcels needs to be tracked properly while the
delivery is made
