education to students all around the world. The main subjects that are being taught by the
organization are infromatgion Technology and Business. The organization is looking to
develop their online education system that would help the students across the world in
receiveiung education without actually having to vist the instiututions. The proejct is to
develop an accounting infromation system for themselves so that they can diversify tgheir
business and the reduce the overall cost for their business. The organization is looking to
upgrade oon the already adopted MYOB software and add an off line moodel in the system
and the ctreate photo exams on the system.
System services
The description of the system services that are planned by the organization are
provided below:
Off-lin Moodle:The students would be able to matian their personal details on their system
which is available on all the platforms such as Windows and MacOS. In additon to this, when
the student goes online the personal data of the students stored on the local database in the
system of the student would be synchronized with the data in the server of the organization.
Photo Exam: The photo exam is the one in which the students can give the tests from their
system. The eaxmination would open in the systems of the student provided they are
connected to an internet connection in their personla computers. The photocopies of the
examintaions would be stored effeciently in the system of the students. The data in the system
of the student and the current location of the system is also copied by the server.
