This report intends to provide the appropriate solution for the training and educating
the nurses as well as the students at the General practise in the Lidcombe area. It could be
observed that the general practise faced several problems due to the lack of the support from
the top management and the unavailability of the resources that were required for providing
required training and knowledge to the student nurses. A detailed CATWOE analysis has
been conducted for solving the problems in the general practise. A rich picture has been
provided illustrating the method by which the problem is solved. Lastly this report concludes
with an appropriate conclusion for the report.
