the company that you have provided is lack of investment in the department of research and
development. The tool that you have used for the System thinking is CATWOE analysis, the
tool is appropriate, and it is used in order to solve the problem of the Blackberry Company.
The CATWOE analysis will help the company to understand the perceptions of the
customers. You have said analysed using the CATWOE analysis that the company will be
able to retain its market value and the company can make proper decisions in order to support
the operations of business.

in the company. You have provided several problems of the company include problems in the

order to solve the problems. You have analysed that the company need to invest in organic
producers in order to ensure good quality products. You have also analysed that the company
need to maintain good relationships that will provide good logistics services. The evaluation

of Australia. The issues that is identified by you is an issue of Corona virus and the airlines
will suffer a loss of 15o million Australian dollars. This will have a great consequence on the
stakeholders and the stakeholders that is identified by you is appropriate and the stakeholders
include governments, employees, passengers and many more. You have used system-thinking
tools in order to solve the problem of the Qantas Airlines. You have identified four
alternatives in order to solve the problems and they are correct (Domegan et al.,2016). These

include paying reduced wages to the employees, medical diagnoses of the passengers,
sterilization of the aircrafts and the increase in the local flights in Australia. These will help
