provide constructive feedback.
The post by Seth on system thinking is holistic. While going through Seth’s post, I did
not find any missing components. In addition to Seth’s post, system thinking encompasses
holistic methods to the various analysis of the system. Through system thinking, the constituent
parts of a system and how they inter-relate cohesively with the system as a whole can be well
explained (Rehman et al., 2019).
Have all plausible consequences been identified?
All plausible consequences have been identified in Seth’s post. For instance, the aim of
his report is to use system thinking tools to be able to illustrate the problems that ICICI Bank Ltd
is facing (Loss of customers). Also, Seth has explained the specific issues that the bank is facing
and has outlined several system thinking tools that can be used to solve the problem of loss of
customers.
Have Systems Thinking tools been used and used properly? Please provide a critique of
these tools and their use in solving the problem identified.
There is an adequate and proper use of system thinking tools. Seth has identified tools
like Casual thinking, Systems Approach, logical thinking, and CATWOE framework. I think the
use of CATWOE framework is more appropriate for the problem that ICICI Bank Ltd is facing.

CATWOE framework is a simple checklist that a company like ICICI Bank Ltd can use
to find a solution to its problems. The solutions are derived from all the perspectives represented
by the acronym CATWOE, that is, “Customers – Actors – Transformation process – World view
– Owners – and Environmental constraints.” The use of CATWOE as a system thinking tool
enables the stakeholders to identify various problem areas look at the company goals and
pinpoint possible solutions that are influential to the company’s stakeholders (Elmansy, 2015).
