Introduction:-
System thinking is the one vital approach to regulate any business (Iqbal et al., 2015).
With the help of system thinking the business organizations are quickly focusing on the business
risk and future strategy. The well-known Australian bank NAB is facing some significant issues
which are mainly the obstacles for business improvement. The vital aspects of this company are
organizational difficulties, reduced feedback and lack of production quality. The operational
head of this organization creates a proposal which mainly helps to resolve these issues and
improve the system structure (Mehregan, Hosseinzadeh & Kazemi, 2012). Proper system
thinking can recover this problem and enhance this business.
Discussion:-
National Australian bank is one of the public banking sectors in all over Australia. This
banking organization are facing some issues which are very much tricky to growing customer
satisfaction (Aithal 2017).. The appropriate system thinking method is very much crucial for
improving this banking organization. National Australian bank is facing some difficulties. This
banking sector is facing poor customer services, funding problems and information hacking
(Iqbal et al. 2015). NAB should create a layer by artificial intelligence, and it is very much
helpful for customer service and internal security. Another important part is that this banking
sector creates an upgraded parallel path for data storing. The hacker cannot trace this data path
for the daily up-gradation.

Customers: -
The modern system is challenged by its security and authentication. There are two types of
bankers are relating to the NAB. One is common bankers another is business bankers. They need
to be linked to the NAB system to concentrate the banking demand and authentication.
Actors:-
This system will be driven by the clients demand and it is operated by the operational function
within NAB. The profit unite will be enhancing the proper proposal in their own systems.
Transformation:-
This system will transform the banks systems function and inventory management which will be
connected to the proper structure of banking system security.
World view:-
This concept is mainly the relationship between bank and clients. This relationship are mainly
depends on the proper view in the world (Arnold and Wade 2015). When this bonding is
enhancing then the world view are increasing simultaneously
Owner:-
The owners are mainly connects to incorporated of the structure. The owner are mainly relating
to the system operator and user. If the proper structure are satisfying by the owner then it is very
much good for the project improvement.

Environment:-
This system will be linked by the proper functional systems which are providing to the proper
stability. The project environment and justification are mainly depends on the environment of the
project.
Rich pictures are an influential visual methodology of presenting complex messy
problems in a shapeless manner so that the researcher are not influenced by proper systems
(Monk & Howard ,1998). Rich pictures helps to demonstrate a complex development holistically
using symbols, images etc. The user can use all the original methods for developing a rich
picture like symbols, sketches, keywords.
Conclusion:-
NAB should face some issues which are very much affected by the business profit. Each
organization is very much aware of customer satisfaction. The NAB operational is trying to

focus these issues and try to resolve this very quickly. By using the system thinking tools, this
organization can comfortably concentrate on the problems. Mainly these tools can identify the
customer value and their performance which is helping to create a good impact among the
