authority of restaurant because it is very important for any company to know about the problems
of them and try to solve them as fast as possible in a very effective and efficient manner. The
environment of the restaurant is highly chaotic, and customers are not getting their orders on
time which is the biggest problem for any restaurant because it leads to the matter of customer
dissatisfaction and no one wants their customer to leave their place unsatisfied. The two main
problems of Green chilli restaurant is that they are facing problem in handling the inventory

of less stock is also the condition of shame for the company because it makes their customer
leave unsatisfied from their arena (Duverger and Wang, 2018).
No restaurant wants to face this type of situation because this will eventually decrease the level
and the goodwill of the company in the restaurant market and reduces the name, image and
reputation in the minds of customers. The other main problem which is faced by the Green chilli
restaurant situated in Australia is that they are not able to handle the operational cost of the
company because sometimes the graph of operational cost increases and decreases as per the
amount of inventory they are controlling at a time. The fluctuation in the operational cost is just
because of the amount of inventory they order for their restaurant as per their plans and idea.
If Green Chilli is facing some problems, then it also has some reasons which need to be resolved
to put the working of the restaurant on track and again achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The first main reason for facing the issue of handling or tackling the inventory is because they
have poor management of inventory. The authority of the restaurant is not able to manage the
requirement of the restaurant on a daily or weekly basis. This is the reason why they are not able
to control the inventory. The restaurant has poor inventory management which leads to the loss
of the capital invested in buying a huge amount of inventory. The reason for the problem of
higher operational cost is because the member of the restaurant are not able to decide how much
amount of inventory or stock they want because they have really poor planning for the
requirement of stock. This gradually leads to an increase in the operational cost of the company.
The burden of this problem directly comes to the fiancé department of the restaurant. The other
reason for the increased operational cost is mismanagement of employees of the company. The
main reason for the unbalanced inventory is because employees are not managed according to
the amount of stock level and demand (Alves and Alves, 2015).
