Explanation of System View of an Organization
System view inside an organization is demonstrated as the system by virtue of which the
respective organization operates while conducting business. It could also be classified as a
system theory that is created by the organizations to create the desired changes or goals in the
organization (Yashkova 2019). The general environment components that is viewed while
assessing the system of an organization are– economy, supplier, regulation at the industry, trend
of political and legal affair, advocacy group, trends of socio-cultural environment, customers,
technical trends and competitors.
Inputs from external environment
Scentre group is a leading organization in the field of retailing fashion brands and real
estate. The group have acquired a huge brand loyalty and name after it was founded. The group
have been managing portfolio by their own in the field of design, construction and the
development in the fashion and luxurious brands by taking the job of creating a superior
experience for the customers by their own (Scentre Group Home 2019). The group have taken
the responsibility of changing their customers’ experience all over Australia and New Zealand by
providing superior quality of products and houses.
The ground collects most of the raw material needed for creating their own fashion
products from trusted suppliers. The brand also imports other luxurious brands form all around
the globe. The supply of the materials are done by quality and superior supplier that have high
end products.
The group also develops the real estate environment of the countries. They are entitled to
take in account the developments of various housing complex and shopping complexes all over

both the countries. The group buys lands for constructing housing complex and buildings for
other uses (Terjesen & Patel 2015).
Transformation of Inputs
The inputs from the external environment is transformed by the Scentre group to be
presented to their customers (Information Technology and Changes in Organizational Work
2019). The transformation system is a process that is composed of steps like alternation,
transportation, storage and inspection. The raw material needed for the production of fashion
goods go through a process of alternation at first. Then, these products are transported to their
respective destination for the storing (Business Models for Sustainability 2019). Then these
material are moved to the manufacturing facilities and stored in their respective storing area for
further inspection. A thorough inspection is done of all the raw material that have been supplied
by the suppliers. This helps them in monitoring and analyzing any defects.
Output returned to External Environment
In the process of system view analysis, the final process in the analysis is providing the
output to the external environment. The output is produced by the group by providing facilitating
good made by them and providing their service to the customers (Cosenz 2017). By virtue of this
process, Scentre group have been producing the necessary amount of products and service in all
over Australia and New Zealand by providing high end fashion good and luxurious real estate
projects.
