1. Introduction
The report will deal with the System Vision Document for the procedure of enrolment
for the students to the National University of Melbourne. The aim of this enrolment system is
to provide the students with a facility of accessing the administrative facilities of the
University online that is the students could easily and effectively go through the services
provided by the university and enrol accordingly within a very short time. The assignment
will cover up the important parts such as the inception phase, which includes the designing of
the system, the requirements to achieve the design, and the problems that could be faced
while designing the system. This overall structure of the System Vision document will
definitely enhance the enrolment procedure of the Melbourne’s National University.

The existing facilities of the system is that the administrative facilities is provided
