Introduction
The notable determination of this system vision document is to focus on the incorporation
of an auto parts warehouse management system for a supplier in one of the major cities of
Australia from the perspective of a business system analyst. This document will have three
sections, the problems faced in the business will be the introductory discussion of this document
which will be followed by the system capabilities of the auto parts warehouse management
system, the document will be concluding with anticipatory business benefits which might occur
to the introduction of this advanced system.
Problem
The procedures which are followed in the supply chain in the auto parts business is very
much dynamic in nature. There are diverse categories of issues which are faced by Jack and
Daniel in terms of the increased overhead cost of the business, decrease in productivity due to
the inefficiency and inaccuracy of the other business stakeholders of the supply chain.
Movement and storing of the inventories during the peak season is a huge challenge for Jack and
Daniel (Zur & Shapiro, 2015). The slower processing rate of each of the order was having a
negative impact on the productivity of the business as well (Woo et al., 2018). Apart from these
issues, there were other issues which are faced in the business in terms of managing the load of
the business and managing the organized documentation. Inspite of being experienced, Jack and
Daniel faced these difficulties which let them decide to incorporate a new auto parts warehouse
management system in their business environment.

The introduction of the auto parts warehouse management system can be very much
beneficial for Jack and Daniel. One of the prime advantages of incorporating this new system is
the automatic reordering capability and getting quick notifications. The new system will reach
each of the stakeholders of the business, along with the consumers in the fastest possible way.
The vendors and customers can get the updates about the availability of any new products (Shi,
Zhao & Xiao, 2018). The entire cash flow of the supply chain business can be monitored and
tracked in an organized manner using this new advanced system. Planning and forecasting of
each of the business activities made by Jack and Daniel can be monitored, and changes can be
made using this online management system. Controlling the stock will be much easier using this
system, at the same time it can also be said that controlling the stock can also be enhanced after
the incorporation of this advanced system (Miralam, 2017). Inventory tracking is a very
significant specification of this advanced system. On the other hand getting accurate information
about the current stock is also possible using this system. The system will be configured will
numerous wireless communication devices to manage the communication issues between each of
the business units like warehouse and distribution center. Managing each of the orders can be
much easier using this system as well. Thus, most of the real time problems which were being
faced by Jack and Daniel can be resolved after the successful incorporation of this system.

the wireless devices which will be configured with the new system (Mehta, Puranik & Sharma,
2016). This particular issue is supposed to be resolved in the first place after the installation of
the new system.

Daniels. During the peak season, a huge amount of order comes and any inaccuracy usually has a
