organization must have a reason that is viable enough to let others access its database. Therefore,
all stakeholders must be involved before organizational data is opened for others to read.
This system is important in an organization because it stores information such as, protocol
formulae, procedures and the company’s unique production technology and special talents.
However, the system requires some changes to improve its efficiency. Some of the reasonable
adjustments that can make the system operate at its maximum include;

conducting continuous monitoring and evaluation of employees for proper adjustment for
improved productivity (Abu Ghali, Mukhaimer, Abu Yousef and Abu Naser, 2017).

in ICT department to equip them with modern skills for optimal production of goods and
services.

information system. Next to each name, record their position and make a note of their learning
needs.

Personnel requirement: To train one person on marketing management systems, the project
requires on instructor. One person who is experienced and equipped with the industry best
practice information is enough to assist an individual. The workforce can be obtained from

Financial requirements: The proposed amount is $200. This allocation has been reached at
ascertaining the resources which were present and the deficit. Since most of the materials to be
used during training were missing, they were to be bought from external sources.
Physical resources: these places are necessary to create a conducive environment as suggested by
Toshima, Suganuma and Takahashi (2019) in their work.
Time: time that will be allocated to this process is only 120 minutes for the learner to finish and
give the learners easy time to ask questions.

RE: READING OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
All heads of department to select two members of his or her department to be trained on the
significance of knowledge management system information. Two versions have been designed to
cater for those who like reading e-books via the internet (Soja, and Soja, 2017). The soft copy to
be read through the company website, from where it can be downloaded and converted into a
hard copy. Hard copies will be availed in the company library, from where access is dependent
on the annual membership subscription.
The reasons why we are being encouraged to read the information include:
To increase awareness of the current trends in the market, which commodity sells the most and
where can improvement boost company growth. Secondly, this is the most reliable source of
information regarding the company’s change in methods of production. Thirdly, each member of
the departments will be able to understand and appreciate the role information technology in an
organization.
Yours faithfully,

In the opinion of Mahmood and Abid (2017), Mahmood and Abid (2017), effective performance
of the organisation’s information systems can be defined as the degree to which the institution is
achieving its goals. In other words, it is the comparison between input and output of resources
and products from the organization. The measures include:
Cost of quality: a comparison between the budgeted figures and the actual figures on the
ground through NSCC
Deviations: the measurement of the standard absorbed costs against actual expenses via
KMS
Profit contribution: measured in dollars through ROROC.
6 Access and write a brief summary, approximately 300 words, of scope and purpose of the
Australian Standard for Knowledge Management AS 5037:2005.
infostore.saiglobal.com/store/Preview Doc.aspx?saleItemID=39161
The discussion encompasses the standards development with emphasis on the list of enablers, the
perennial development and implementation framework with their motoring and evaluation
parameters. It highlights the opportunities for the standards and the obstacles which make its full
adoption a challenge. It particularly frowns upon the absence of a robust mechanism for
computing the the extent of damage as well as an overview of the LIS sectors.
Another concept that has been conspicuously discussed is difference between knowledge
management and information management. In addition, the missing link between the traditional
setup and the vibrant modern man has been associated with the absence of significant literary
information.
