The requirement that are needed to be implemented in order to prosecute the working that the
students perform in the lab efficiently are as follows: -
Ram
Buying of new ram is one fthe major aspect that must be taken into consideration. This is one
of the main reason that the prosecution of the working of the students will get benefitted. In order
to commence this persecution in a proper manner the main aspect that will influence a faster
working rate is high power rams (Nielsen, et al 2014). The rams that were initially used was of
less power. Initially the rams that were in use were having a clock power of 1600 MHz the new
rams that will be bought must be having a minimum clock speed of 2400 MHz This excess clock
speed will be functional in providing faster performance.
Pros
 The speed that will be produced with the new rams will be much higher
 The Durability of the laptops will increase
Cons
The sole con that is present includes the fact that the cost incurred in replacing the old
rams with the new rams will be much higher
Printer
As most of the printers are out of order the main purpose of the lab is ever fulfilled. The main
purpose of the lab is to fulfil the requirements of the students and provide the sufficient help in
completing their project. In case the printers are out of order it gets difficult for the students to
perform their duties in a regular manner. This is the reason that 4 new printers must be bought in,

which will lead to the fact that management of the printing section will be performed with higher
efficiency.
Pros
With excess and adequate number of printers that are present, the main aspect that
must be taken into consideration is that the speed and efficiency that this will provide the
students is immense. This leads to the fact that the students will no longer need to form a
queue for printing purpose instead they can just get their printouts done in a faster rate
Con
The price that is incurred in buying the 5 printers will be very high
Microsoft office
Buying authenticated Microsoft office will help the students in gaining access to the
ingredients of the Microsoft Office, namely MS. Word, MS. Power point, MS. Excel and so in in
a more efficient manner (Honey-Rosés, Gill & Pareja, 2016). In case the authentication will not
be provided several options are blocked in the trial pack and this will lead to several issues
during using these software
Pros
 In case authenticated MS. Office is installed the students will get higher efficiency as all
the options that are present in the course of management of the projects that they have
been performing
 Data might get deleted in case the MS. Office is unauthenticated in nature. This problem
will not occur in case MS. Office is authentic in nature
Cons

 The major con that is present in this system is that the cost that will be incurred in the
section of buying new MS. Office is very high
Updated software
Updating of software is a must do thing for labs as this will help in protecting the data that
will be stored in the data base of the software
Pros
The main benefit that students will enjoy in case the projection of updated
software includes the aspect that the students will enjoy all the options that are provided
by Microsoft.
Data storage will be much safer as the data that imposters can nit pass through the
most updated versions of software.
Cons
Few options that were be present in the older version might get distorted in the
newer edition
Virus protection
Virus protection is needed in order to protect the systems from virus and malware attack.
Buying anti viruses will be a defence to this problem (Dennis, Wixom & Tegarden, 2015).
Pros
The data that are stored in the data base will not get modulated by the virus and
malware and this is one of the main reason that the prosecution of project will get
performed in a safe manner

The data that are stored in the data base will insist the fact that it sometime gets
inaccessible to the users.

Part 3
Pros
The savings per year will be much greater than the investment made at a whole. This is
one of the main reason that the management of the business will be performed with the help of
the data assimilation. This is one of the main reason that performing this major changes in the
prosecution of the lab is very important.
Cons
The only con that is present in this case is that the onetime investment is high and the
profit that it will be yield is not immediate.
