This project report details the systems analysis and design for Yacht Australia, focusing on creating an information system to manage sailboat bookings, cleaning, and crewing services. The report includes an executive summary, table of contents, system request outlining customer data recording, staff details, and report generation. Feasibility analysis, encompassing technical and organizational aspects, is conducted to assess the system's viability. Requirement definitions, both functional (data storage, request processing, payment records) and non-functional (availability, security, scalability), are thoroughly explained. The project incorporates use cases, process models (context, level 0, and level 1 diagrams), and a data model, complete with a data dictionary defining tables like administrator, registration, sailboat, booking, enquiry, and payment, alongside an ERD illustrating the relationships between these entities. A comprehensive bibliography supports the research and design choices.
